I am sorry to hear about the accident, but from what it sounds like, it would be the driver of the BMW's fault, if not then it would be no fault if you have it in Cali, I live in NJ and we have no fault. Hopefully everything works out for you. Were here for ya at the board, and your Ex, her loss. Now she doesnt have a guy with a sweet ride nemore. ;)
